On Thursday, 29 January 2026, the partners of the NatureTalks project gathered online for an afternoon coordination meeting focused on moving forward several key project components.
One of the main points on the agenda was agreeing on a possible date for our next in-person meeting, which will take place in Italy. Face-to-face collaboration remains an important part of strengthening our partnership and ensuring the quality of our outputs.
We also received an important update from our Greek partners regarding the questionnaire on professionals’ needs. The results of this survey are essential for shaping both the project syllabus and the NatureTalks manifesto. These insights will ensure that our training programme truly reflects the real challenges and expectations of professionals working in heritage interpretation and protected areas.
Another key discussion focused on improving our coordination framework. Partners explored ways to make collaboration even more efficient, including the possibility of inviting our Polish partners to support the consortium by helping remind partners about deadlines and upcoming tasks. Strengthening internal communication will help us stay aligned and maintain momentum.
Finally, MEI presented an update on the development of the project website, while TSB shared progress on the visual identity. These elements are crucial for clearly communicating the NatureTalks vision and ensuring strong visibility across Europe.
The meeting once again demonstrated the commitment of all partners to building a meaningful, practical, and impactful training programme for heritage and nature professionals.
Stay tuned for more updates as NatureTalks continues to grow.
