On November 6, 2025, the partners of the project „Improving visitor experience through upskilled interpretative tools in natural areas NatureTalks“ met virtually prior to the in-person kick-off meeting. This was an opportunity for all consortium member to meet each other after successful project submission and application.
The project coordinator “Pro Carpathia” organised the online meeting to ensure that project operations began smoothly and in a well-coordinated manner.
At the start of the online session, Đorđije Vasiljević (MindsEurope) and Carmen Granito (The Story Behind) briefly discussed the concept and objectives of the project. This made it easier for everyone to comprehend the objectives of the project, the anticipated outcomes, and how NatureTalks will be implemented.
Important contractual and administrative matters were discussed, including the coordinator’s review of the forthcoming partnership agreement and the presentation and discussion of the proposed payment plan. The preparations for the kick-off meeting in Rzeszów, Poland were also discussed at the meeting: logistics, the number of attendees and initial meeting plan.
Partners were asked to raise questions and recommend additional agenda items at the conclusion of the virtual conference. This demonstrated the project’s collaborative and participatory nature.
The NatureTalks relationship could get off to a solid start and be fully aligned because of the good cooperation, administrative alignment, and common expectations that were established during this initial talk.
